    I know the heat is unbearable ...but is anyone scrimmaging Friday night or Saturday...thanks..................

    Saturday is the Kickoff Classic

    Kickoff Classic is at Watauga.
    Noon- 2:30 Group- Avery High, Elkin High, Surry Central High, and Hibriten High​
    ​
    3:00-5:30 Group- Patton High, Watauga High, Cloudland TN High, and Trinity High


    Admission is 5 dollars.

    McDowell goes to Lake Norman Friday for a Jamboree with 5 other teams. Not sure who the other teams are though other than Lake Norman.

    Alexander Central will host a 4 team scrimmage Saturday night in Taylorsville. Fred T Foard, Burns, and Statesville will be there along with the Cougars. Starts at 7pm

    Three Char-Meck teams scheduled to be at Lake Norman tomorrow have backed out...BTW McDowell was supposed to scrimmage all three of them (Hopewell, Mallard Creek and Berry Academy).

    Bigdan -- FYI, the Lake Norman scrimmage has been moved to 7 p.m., per Brian.

    Yeah I knew they pull back the starting time but I hope they stil get to play even without the charlotte schools there.
