Charlotte-area 18U Pitcher moving out of NC June 1 looking/available for temp pitching for travel team(s) in April and May. If your regular summer pitchers are busy with high school ball when you want to play a tournament in these months, this may be a solution (one-time or more) for your team. Also plays 2'nd base and OF. Contact [email protected].

We are moving to Toronto. It appears that the High School season is so short up there in the cold...three weeks, maybe...that "Club" Ball has at least as much importance, if not more, than travel ball has down here. These Clubs also seem to produce a good number of players that do go on to play college ball in the States. One College down here (one of the "W" schools, I forget which) has three Freshman from Toronto on their squad; Seton Hall has two; Gardner-Webb has one, etc. This is one reason our emphasis this Spring will be on getting ready for Club Ball; even flying up once or twice if that is necessary to get on a team. If anyone has any information on Club Teams in Toronto, it would be appreciated.
