    Area 3 Legion....

Homerun4, yes I must agree with Tigers. I don't know if you simply forgot about Kannapolis or you just don't like them,,, but this year, Kannapolis WILL be one of the top 3-4 teams. Both Kann Brown HS and Northwest Cabarrus HS are having super years and a couple young college players (Zach Ward and Matt Harris) are returning to play with the Kannapolis legion team this summer also. These guys absolutely must be considered a favorite.

...along with Rowan County of course... :D

Kernersville is going to be VERY strong this year.

Combine Glenn, East Forsyth, and Southwest Guilford... possibly some others, the team this year is going to be doing some damage.

Being that I grew up in Rowan County, remembering the past rivarly between Kernersville and Rowan, I can't wait to get back to Newman Park this June for a sort of homecoming game!

Look for Kannapolis to go about 15-3 during the 18 game regular season schedule. That puts them 1st or 2nd in their ten team division.Kannapolis and Rowan will both be state championship contenders from this division this season.

I agree with KTownYank about Kannapolis and Rowan, except this other fellow is also correct in adding Kernersville to the mix. Kernersville should be loaded.

Rowan, Kernersville and Ktown will be the top 3,,, but who knows in what order.

I would consider Concord and Eastern Randolph as darkhorses.

Yeah 501 has all the potential in the world, they did last year too, when it comes down to it, it is how much they want to win this year. I have talked to alot of them this year and they want to go all the way like they did back in the bobby helms day. They have the talent but the will has to be there also, and i cant wait to play them concord boys again.
