    Rowan looked pretty good tonight except for the three errors which lead to a couple of Mocksville's runs. Justin Roland came in and earned the save in the 9th with one on and one out. Tanner Brown improves to 6-1 on the year. Mocksville catcher Chris Kinnard was taken out by his coach after he threw his bat and about took out his teammates after he struck out for the third time. Rowan should send Zack Simpson to the mound Tuesday night at Mando Field.

    Rowan County leads Mocksville 1 game to 0

    South Rowan leads Concord 1 game to 0

    Mooresville leads Kannapolis 1 game to 0

    Sorry no score on Lexington/Stanly County game

    Randolph holds a 4-0 lead after 7 1/2 innings. Winston Salem then scores 7 runs in the bottom half of the 8th. Randolph plates 1 in the 9th leaving 2 on base. Games 2 and 3 will be at Randolph. Tues / Wed 7pm.

    Brock Hudgins and Nick Rhodes started tonight. Rhodes left the game leading 7-5 with runners on 2nd and 3rd and no outs. De le Rosa walked a man and gave up a hit and High Point went on to score 5 more runs and make the score 10-7. Kernersville responded with 2 runs and Corey Parker was thrown out at second to end the game. Ryan Dull will start tomorrow night against High Point and I don't know who will be on the bump for High Point. Matt Dillon is away, trying out for JUCO team so that hurts High Point's pitching.


    High Point leads 1-0

    Game 2 @ Kernersville at 7 pm
