    South-Concord (Series tied 1-1) game already cancelled. Field under water and no possible way it could have been saved.
    Don't know what the status is for the rest of the series other than game 3 is tomorrow at 7 pm @ South.


    Anybody know if the Mooresville-Kannapolis game is on??

    mooresville did a hell of a job getting the field ready and then the lights shorted out. Will play on friday.

    Kernersville brought the sticks the last 2 games and ten runned High Point. Game 3 tomorrow night at High Point at 7pm.

    Kernersville leads the series 2-1.

    Mooresville DID do a helluva job getting their field ready, and it should be noted that Kannapolis also sent a van back to Ktown to retrieve 10 bags of quickdry,,, when the lights went kapoot.

    Great attempt by the Mooresville players and coaches, hopefully the weather will cooperate tomorrow, and the electrician can do his thing too.

    Btw, I personally told the Mooresville coach and AD that the Mooresville players were a great group of gentlemen the previous night at our place when we had our own rain delay,,, as the Mooresville players were taking advantage of our concession stand, our concession workers all commented how polite those Mooresville boys were. Hats off to those young men.

    Great team effort in this one.

    South beat Concord tonight 13-3 in 7.

    South takes a 2-1 lead in the series.

    Game 4 will be at noon Saturday at Concord (Cent Cabarrus HS) and if necessary, Game 5 will be at South at 7 Saturday night.
