    They need to go back to the 9 team tournament with the host and both teams from the 4 Areas.

    I agree with ya 100 percent. But I also know there are some people out there the legion is trying to protect a talent like Madison from. There are some SHADY SHADY people that are just looking for the almighty dollar.

    I wish there was a loophole in the rules that say the Area Commish could approve certain showcase events or tryouts. Maybe that could solve alot of the anti-Legion bickering...

    I think its a player or player and parents choice what showcase to be in.. if its just a pro or college tryout / showcase why would a legion rule be in force..
    I could see if its a team going to a tournament to play ..

    to get this rule changed enough people would need to go into there local american legion posts and bitch about it..
    If it were not for your local post there would not be american legion baseball...
    complain enough and sooner or later the squeeky wheel will get some grease...
