    Kannapolis at South Rowan (non league) was postponed tonight . No make up date as yet.

    WS POST #55 Takes both games of a doubleheader vs Surry at Pilot Mtn...

    Game#1...9 innings
    WS 5
    SURRY 4
    Trailing 4-0, Winston Salem scores 4 in the bottom of 7th to tie, then plates 1 in the top of the 9th for the come from behind victory...Clutch 2 out hitting is key for Winston Salem.....#25 for Surry shut down Post #55 thru six. Post 55 bullpen pitches well.

    Great pitching in this game for WS..Michael Axe hits a 3 run HR in the 3rd inning for all the scoring needed by Post 55.

    Wonder if it's gonna be like this all summer for Mocksville after last night's 20-15 win over Kannapolis.

    Rowan was still without four of the East Rowan players tonight. Rowan has a lot of team speed. Forrest Buchanan started and was semi-effective and was relieved by Nick Smith who did a great job. Kannapolis made a few errors that really opened things up for Rowan and continued innings, but there was no doubt who the better team was tonight. Rowan is home against Caldwell County Sunday night at 7 p.m.

    Which one plays at Newman Park! Much rather see Rowan vs Caldwell!

    Caldwell. The Lexington game is Monday night. Should be an entertaining game at Newman tonight, can't wait to see it.
