    MH Post 4059 wins 6th straight

    MH Post 4059 beats Gastonia Post 23 in both games of DH at Simms Legion Park.
    Game 1 - MH 4-0 Drew Moore CG 4K / Eisenbath 2-3 HR 2RBI
    Game 2 - MH 12-4 David Marvin 5IP 5K 2BB / Haynes 2-3 3R -
    Eisenbath 3-3 2RBI - Simmons 2-5 RBI

    MH now 9-4 and has climbed into 2nd place.

    Mint Hill 16 Lincolnton 2 7 inn.

    Mint Hill rolls to 7th straight win. Chase Shuford picks up win on mound and has 6K's. Simmons and Eisenbath remain hot at plate. Both have 2 run homers and RBI doubles. Lincolnton errors fuel MH offense to run rule victory.
    MH plays Queen City this evening.

    Nathan Bancroft gets thw win on the mound. MH collects 22 hits in 7 innings with Sherer and Marvin (EM grads) both going 5-5. MH now 11-4 8-2 travels to Wingate to take on Union County tonight at 7.

    Defeated Burke County last night 8 to 5. They play at Hickory today 6/21 @ 7 p.m.

    Gaston 5 Gastonia 4 braves win walk off single in bottom of 9th on a 2 out single by Justin Williams. Braves fought back after being down 4-0. 23 had runner on 2b and 3b 1 out top ninth with grimmitt being entered for starter biggerstaff. Costly base running mistake and then pop up got out of the inning. Gaston had a bench warning. Ump behind plate horrible at calling strikes both ways. Last pitcher lowery and catcher ejected end of game.

    MH 16 Union Co. 7

    MH bats continue torrid pace. Logan Sherer gets win on hill after 6 complete.
    Sherer then collects 7 RBI on his 4 hits. This kid going to UNCC is a beast.
    MH hosts Kings Mountain this evening.

    Huntersville 10 gaston 2

    Hville went up 2-0 quick then braves tied it. Then down hill. Heads wasn't in it and hville swung bats well. Still think we're solid team despite record.
