So, what is Mint Hill's record now? A lot of wins have been posted. They must be loaded.

Mint Hill vs South Rowan 6/16

South Rowan beat Mint Hill (18 - 4). Ouch!! The Mint Hill boys were short-handed by about 8 players (blah-blah-blah!) and not real sure where they all were!.

South Rowan is a good hitting team and took full advantage of the lack of strong Mint Hill pitching. Mint Hill was forced to throw "less than seasoned" pitchers and had other defensive players out of position (again - blah, blah blah!).

Regardless, I wish we had another shot at South Rowan. Mint Hill is strong this year and is giving a lot of teams all they can handle.

Mint Hill is a newly organized team this year (was called Newell in years past). We even have a college liason coach which has the responsibility of inviting college coaches out to the games. I have seen college coaches and scouts at pretty much every game this season.
