The Mustangs reversed their fortunes with a hitting barrage that was very impressive as hits kept finding unattended spots on the field, producing 5 triples. Lee Harrison cruised through 3 innings and Bo Coggins finished it off.

Great ball game tonight at Butler HS and well played by both teams. Olen Little went the distance for Queen City and got stronger as the game went on, not allowing a hit from the 4th inning through the 8th inning and striking out five in a row at one point. Alex Jensen put on a show with a double and two crushed HRs, plus a web gem at third to end an inning with a diving grab of a line shot down the chalk. Kyle Galloway and Brandon Rawe both hit no-doubter HRs for Mint Hill.
