    The Beast is on it...Just hitting it right at people. 2/3 game 1
    0/3 game 2..Turbo is on the DL...Play at the plate in game 1 , severly rolled ankle.
    Moe is on her AAA game , nasty this morning, 16 K's No Hitter..WoW !
    Barrs is really dialed in...

    Nice work by the "Carolina Girls"

    I only wish a couple of these teams had decided to qualify for Gold and were playing the "big girls" in Oklahoma City next week. I think these teams could certainly hold their own.

    Queston for anyone in Owensboro> are there many college coaches in attendance? I know the ASA 16U Nationals are in Seattle this week. With the recruiting timetable getting earlier and earlier I suspect many might be there.

    Yes, There are several college coaches here..
    We had about 5 at the first game we played. Purdue,Wash State, South Ill , etc.

    Intense game, only 4 hits from CCC, Kelly Grieve (1B - slap hit by 3rd base), Ryanne Hill (1B - grounder up the middle, 3-5 overall w/ 2 stolen bases), Amanda Barrs (2B - long hard hit ball just shy of the fence), and Erin Gier (2B - line drive in leftcenter gap, RBI). Pitching was great on both teams, Go Morgan Childers, no hitter!
