    IS there a website for the Cardinals? If not can someone post a roster of players with high school and college.

    I am not aware of a website for the Cardinals. Unfortunately, the girls lost to the defending champs, The Socerers. Crystal pitched a great game, but no other details available yet. They are playing The East Cobb Bullets now. Only twelve teams remain, 4 in the winners bracket and 8 in the losers bracket.

    8th In The Nation!

    Well, the Carolina girls finished 8th in the nation last night. They lost to the EC Bullets but had a great showing at the tournamnet! College coaches from all over the country got to see just how far softball has come in the south. They were lining up to watch these girls play. It was a long, hot week out there and congrats to all!

    The Fastpitch Softball Net is reporting that the Cardinals finished in 12th place, with a 4 and 2 record. Anyways, 8 or 12 the Cardinals represented North Carolina well in the nationals. Congrats to Ray and his team.

    Carolina Cardinals!

    Actually we finished 9th as told to us by the tournament director. Either way we did our best. Its true had saturday been our day we should have went a lil farther but you cant always get the breaks i guess. It was still an outstanding season and one of the best in Cardinal history as well as NC history, so we are VERY proud of our girls and wish them the best of luck on the road ahead as they continue to shine as people and as ball players.

    Would still like to see a roster with schools also listed.
    this was a great accomplishment for the girls and coaches.
    would like to see them get credit where credit is due.

    SOME OF THESE DID NOT GO TO TEXAS DUE TO SOME CONFLICTS AND THERE WAS 2 PLAYERS OFF THE FRENZY TEAM THAT WENT AND PLAYED . AS YOU CAN SEE A TEAM FROM ALL OVER THE STATE. LOOKS AS IF ONLY 3 NOT RETURNING. SHOULD BE STRONG AGAIN.
