    Some issues have occured that may have caused your nomination forms for All-District/All-State awards to be returned to you by the Post Office. If your forms have been "returned to sender", please go to www.ncfastpitch.org for instructions. Region 5 includes the following North Carolina counties: Stokes, Rockingham, Caswell, Forsyth, Guilford, Alamance, Davidson, Randolph, and Chatham. Please do this as soon as possible.

    If we didn't have them returned???

    This is a US Post Office issue. If your forms were not returned to you by the Post Office as "undeliverable" we have probably received them. If you would like to double check, you may call the phone number listed in your form mailing instructions for District 5.
