ball/strike call question

    I figured that out a long time ago. My daughter is a catcher and instead of trying to frame a pitch by shifting her glove.Most umpires can figure that out and not give you the call. What she does instead is shift her legs into the strike zone. Trust me it works.

    the problem there with the catcher - when i umped i could rarely tell you if the catcher even caught the ball (if it didnt hit me)
