    Results from Columbia

    Teams in this tournament were playing for second place. The Shamrocks from Va. brought a mixed squad of young 2006 and 2007 grads, were very strong. Carolina Craze finished 3rd at 4-2 losing to the Shamrocks and the Orange Crush from the Atlanta area. The Shamrocks had an awesome pitcher. She is an 06 grad. who threw 65+ and has already signed with Arizona.

    Congrats to the Carolina Craze for an impressive performance. Great young team comprised of a lot of 2008 grads. Good job Coach ! Wish we could have been

    The Shamrocks are A-1. They finished 4th @ the ASA nationals this summer.

    Congrats to the Craze!Good team with some good coaches.Am curious bout the college coaches turn out there, when the WFC tour was going on at Myrtle Beach?Way to go NC teams at both tourneys!!!I believe NC is starting to make a statement,that there is alot of talent,& competitive teams here.Looking at several college rosters ,I'm seeing more girls from within our state on them,& that is the way it should be.Rock On Carolina Girls!

    There were supposed to be 5 looking at underclassmen, I only saw 2 Carson Newman and one of the USC's I believe Aiken. Someone said there was a College from Va. there but I didn't see them.
