Pack looking good. They have been on absolute fire the last couple of months. Hobson is goin' for them today against UVa. If State can get past the 'Hoos then it will give them a day off I believe. That would be huge and would get Brackman back sooner if needed.

    Deacs win 2-1

The Heels lose another close one. A. Miller gets the tough loss, 8IP, 5H, 2R, 2ER. Wonder how many ACC schools will get invited this year?

According to CollegeBaseballInsider, they are projecting 7 ACC teams to make the big dance. Going 0-2 won't hurt the Tar Heels.

    ACC Action:
Virginia is killing NC State 12-2 in the 5th ....

    SOCON Activity:
Furman vs Elon is tied at 2-2 in the 5th ....

    In Conference USA ....
Tulane is leading East Carolina 9-1 in the 2nd inning. Lots of time, but that's a lot to give up early.

    In the Colonial Tourney
Towson is leading UNC-W 3-1 and still batting in the bottom of the 8th.

Furman marched through the SOCON tournament in stellar fashion.

Congrats to the Paladins ... they were the first #8 seed to ever win the SOCON tourney !!!!!!!
