    Hey guys, here's a shot in the dark....I'm going to be in Nags Head on vacation next week (5/16-5/22) and I was wondering if there might be any good games in the area? It can be any level, but high school would be ideal. I don't know anything about baseball in the area, but I just thought I'd give it a shot. After that I'm off to the ACC tourney for a little bit....pretty excited! Thanks

    you could go to the nchsaa website and look at the playoff brackets. Don't know if Manteo HS is playing or not, but that would be about your only option down there on the "Banks"
    If you were going to be there after the 28th or so, you could watch the CPL team based down there.
    There is always the little guys... just find a ballpark!

    If you get the chance, go to Manteo HS. Kenny Meekins does an excellent job there and I believe that Manteo HS Hosted the CAA Tournament several years ago on that field. What a place for a high school team to play!

    Agreed--Manteo HS field is one of the best I have seen anywhere

    I'm planning to go see this game tonight. The weather has been a little rough, so could someone please let me know if anything change with the schedule? Also, any particular players I should be keeping an eye on? Thanks!

    weather conditions seemed like they should have been for the second game of the season and not the second round of the playoffs. I think the wind affected both teams early along with the low temps. Once the kids settled in to playing it turned out to be a decent game but there were lots of errors by both teams early. Good luck to FF
