    Ok, I think I get it now. Easton didn't submit the bat for approval because the ebay market would continue to flourish, and the new bats wouldn't sell? I guess that makes sense.

    Thought about that too

    Also think it is in their best interests for all post 2008 bats to get banned. No doubt they would sell more new bats if that happened. Bat companies are already making a killing off the baseball stuff getting banned.
