Batting Position for Best Hitter on the Team

    #3 or #4 spot for me, depending on the reliability of the #2 and #3 batters to get on base.

    When you play us, the best spot for her would be FLEX.:biggthumpup:

    Make her play catcher. Bat her in the 1 through 9 spot. If she gets on, courtesy runner, quick change of uniform and she can hit herself home. Just hope the other teams don't catch on.:N1YouGoGirl:

    batters position

    Here's how we do it........ Leadoff lefty bunter/slapper, blazing speed, good obp, can turn bobbled singles into extra bases. #2, lefty bunter/slapper, same thing. #3, great hitter, can hit for average or power, great eye for the ball, will do whatever is necessary to move runners. #4, Power!!, good speed. #5 thru #9, a mixture of power, basehitters, bunters and speed.
