Rocky Mount senior catcher Ben Fish has committed to Campbell University. Ben is a great kid and an outstanding catcher. But not a great pool player. Congratulations from one aquatic family to another. We are proud of you. have a great senior season and make it back to back titles!

    Ben Fish signs with Campbell

Rocky Mount high school 2009 standout catcher, right-handed slugger Ben Fish recently made a verbal commitment to Campbell University. Fish is a two-year veteran of the DIRTBAGS program. Ben will be on the team next year with another catcher from Nash County rising Sr Bryan Braswell. Both of these guys played for me in the past with the Stretchlon Stars and both are great kids. Good luck to Ben and congrats to the family.

    Congratulations!

Congrats Ben! My kid told me last year when he ranked the top 5 players he faced that were the hardest to get out, Ben was in that top 5. Go Camels!

    Congrats

It really seems like yesterday I drove to Bunn HS to see a pre season scrimmage between Rocky Mount and Bunn HS. I remember seeing this young kid behind the plate and saying "Man that kid is really good."

Its hard to believe you are already a Sr. I feel very fortunate to have gotten to know you and your family over the last few years. They just dont come any better than you guys , period. Congrats Ben you are going to be an impact player in college from day one in my opinion. And there is not a better team mate out there.
