    From scores posted it appears Ray's pitchers were dominate. Who threw most of the games?

    Ray's Cards

    Mindy Mc was in most of the time I saw them.
    Faith also got time on the mound.
    The CCC girls had a lot of base runners but could not get the clutch hit.
    The Cards are a great team. 18 Players on the squad that was in Cary.
    I saw Gina A. pitch in an early pool game.

    Ray brought MM back, hey? Interesting. I know Faith has been throwing well also. I figured since they were back @ 40' that pitching he took to CO would have been sufficient. I guess he wanted the insurance with the berth on the line. Smart man!

    Lot's of Errors

    The Cardinals are a great team and great pitching. The CC Challengers had ample opportunity to score runs but the bats were not there and lots of defensive errors occurred. Twice bases were loaded in one game and couldn't get a run in. Would have loved to see both teams at their best. Congrats Cardinals!

    Should get another good look at all the great 18U teams from NC at the
    Cardinal Classic this weekend. Should be an awesome show !
    Several teams from the SE that will be headed to the ASA Nationals....

    Great showing as expected from the NC ladies.
    The NC Flames are a great team. They got by
    Ray's Cards 2-1 in a tight game. Lots of talent
    coming from the Tarheel State...................

    Cardinals (McHone) defeated the NC Flames 3-1 on Sunday.

    It's obvious the Cardinals are a quality team as well !
