    I say Bills over Parkers.

Both are awesome but Bills has the buffet instead of the all you can eat family gig....and its not the same. If you want pulled pork, then pull your own at Bills, if you want chicken breast or thighs or wings then you pick them off the buffet and don't have to wait for the family style gig at Parkers.
Parkers has the best cornsticks and their banana puddin is rockin!

McCalls is a not too distant third. Excellent service and they have seafood on the buffet so thats a plus.

A friend of mine from Chicago came into town, I took him to Mommas house at the beach and on the way we stopped at Bills. He had no idea what chicken dumplins were, but he died when he ate the yams and said that Bills fried chicken was the best he'd ever had.

:fish::fish:Fishman...........going to the fridge right now!

Crowleys in Raleigh has the best ribs ever tasted! I like 'em burned on the edges. The meat falls off the bone. When you pull into the parking lot your mouth will water just smelling them cookin in the kitchen.

also the Backyard Bistro in Raleigh, its on Hurricane alley, right across the street from the NCSU football field.
They have a steak sandwich that puts ALL to shame. They get their meat from the Angus Barn, a very high end steak house.
    TENDER! wow!

A 7 oz. delmonico on a bun for less than $10.

    Nice thread.

Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant/Charleston, SC. If it's seafood you are looking for, take your pick as to which restaurant you want to go to. RB's and Shem Creek Bar & Grill are my favorites!:woohoo:
