Bring Professional Softball to the Carolinas this Summer

I had a great conversation with an enthusiastic group of people yesterday, with the goal of returning professional softball back to the Carolina's. I was introduced to them by good friend Derrick Brown, former head coach of the Chicago Bandits.

Below is a note stating their goal..

We’re on a mission to take two professional softball teams on a tour across the Carolina's this summer. The teams will bring the highest level of athleticism, inspiration to young softball fans, and high-energy entertainment for everyone. This is your chance to keep the exciting game of professional softball alive in the Carolina's – while providing positive female role models for the countless young women and girls who look up to these incredible athletes.

League looks to start playing in late July, early August...
