WEGO will also try to broadcast some playoff games as well, that too will depend on the Braves schedule.

Concord Post 51 Coach David Caldwell will also be making appearance on WEGO between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. weekday mornings after a game to discuss the previous game and upcoming games.

WEGO also plans to have coverage and highlights from Kannapolis Post 501 games as well.

For Rowan County fans, WSTP-AM 1490 will broadcast all Rowan County games.

There are several preseason articles on the Salisbury Post website that fans also might be interested in seeing. That's SalisburyPost.com

Thanks MarkinConcord, sounds like you guys plan to spread out the coverage well between Concord & Kannapolis. I look forward to listening in, to the games that I can't make.

As for your comment about the Salisbury Post, yes they did an excellent American Legion special edition in this past Tuesday's paper. They didn't cover Concord, but they had full page articles on Rowan, South Rowan, Kannapolis, Mooresville and Mocksville (I believe). They also had a lot of information about the Junior Legion program which is starting in this area, this year; however, the Junior teams apparently has not caught on in Concord/Kannapolis yet, hopefully it will next year. I believe you can go to www.salisburypost.com for details.

Thanks again for your radio coverage.
