    Well this has to be said about this year in Legion Ball for Post 29. I really don't care about being politically correct...just call it the way I see it...so here goes the way Carolina Man sees it in 2008

    First of all we did have several key players that decided to travel another path this summer ...so be it

    Gary Hamby is a good baseball coach

    Steve Able has forget more about baseball than most people will ever know

    Brandon Banks was a good pitcher at South and Post 29 and a good pitching coach for coach Hamby and Post 29

    Now to the core of the problem

    Asst Coach Myron Day had a Heart Attack several weeks ago and the team played on emotions for several weeks.

    When things started getting a little shaky....No Myron Day to pick the 29ers up the way they were accustom

    Myron Day is the glue that holds the 29ers together, and has been the last 10 years

    So when you hit your knees tonight ...Pray for Myron Day

    It takes team Players and a team of coaches
