    I'm not sure who gave out those directions, but I hope you have a penchant for stopping at gas stations to ask. If you take 40 and get off on 64 East, that eventually runs you directly into Business 85. Where you get onto Business 85 from 64 East is directly across from Lexington BBQ. Time from 64 East exit to Business 85: maybe 25 minutes. Time from where you get onto 85to ballpark: about 17 minutes. 40 to 64 East to Business 85 North; basically two turns, although you do have to pay attention to signs as you have to turn once in Mocksville right after you get off 40 (although technically you're on 64 East the whole time).

    Can someone give me EASY directions from Charlotte....one with no turns...okay maybe a couple, but keep it simple.

    To give you an idea of my sense of direction. The only way I found Lexy BBQ was by rolling down my window and follow the scent. I'm kinda like a Bloodhound in that regard. But if I have to make a bunch of turns, I may end up at the beach

    Braves,
    From Charlotte: 85 North, 85 splits with Business 85 (also known as 29/70) in Lexington. Take Business 85/29/70 North. Get off on National Hwy exit. Turn left at end of ramp. Appromimately 1/2 mile on left, Finch Field. Can't miss it (just roll down your window and sniff for furniture if lost).
    Approximate time from Charlotte: 1 hour, 20 minutes.

    And Carolina Man,
    If you read this, coming 40, the 64 East exit I'm referring to is Exit 170 in Mocksville.

    Panthermaniac, those are the exact same directions I gave, minues the road names, where you say you have to make "a couple turns"...talk about needing to stop at gas stations to ask...
