    Great baseball this past Sunday in Rocky Mount

    Due to all the rain this event turned into a ONE day shootout on Sunday and congratulations are in big time order to the Fungo Red Sox and the Coastal Plains Indians for winning 3 straight games and capturing the first place trophies in the American and National Divisions. Jack Lane (Hopewell HS) for Fungo and Drew Davis (Tarboro HS) for Coastal both pitched outstanding in the games that I umpired behind the plate. We are planning on having the original tournament this weekend with the semi's and finals played at Wesleyan College so if any teams out there want to play email me at [email protected]
