    The Cape Fear Softball Team needs three teams for their April 2, 2005 Easter Tournament. There will be an all tournament team, most valuable player and 1st place team trophy given. Please contact Lin Wheeler at [email protected] if you would be interested in playing in it!!!!

    cfastpitch and CamAmMan......suggest this one over there ...................the best 3A team in NC against the 2003 4A runner-ups and '04 favorites Cape Fear, now thats a worthy beach trip in spring!

    We would love to make this a huge event!!!!! I would like to see some of the western talent come this way for a few games. It will be great experience for all of our kids. Please let me know if any of you guys are interested in coming down to the east.

    is there a certain number of teams you prefer, coach? this could be a springboard tournament when the rules change down the road on number of games played/calulated.............<fingerscrossed>

    kings mtn, enka, east rutherford, west stanly, forbush and a few others Here should consider this spring tourney......... :xyzthumbs

    right now i am looking at a four team round robin, but i could accomodate up to eight teams if necessary. I am meeting with the high school association in the near future about changing some things with fastpitch. The number of games and tournament dates is the number one issue on the agenda!!! I really hope some interest comes from the western part of the state for this tournament. I would love it if we could get together for more games each year. please encourage these guys to contact me, this could be some great action on the ballfield!!!!

    I don't think that we would be able to make this tourny. I believe this is the same time that we are taking our trip to Florida. This year we are going to play at Disney over Easter break. Good luck with your tourny!!!!!!!! :xyzthumbs
