Cape Fear Storm's Aubrie Holcomb Verbally Commits to Radford University

    The Cape Fear Storm organization is pleased to announce that Cape Fear Storm (Williford) and Apex Friendship HS (2018) player Aubrie Holcomb has verbally committed to play softball collegiately for Coach Aileen Morales and the Radford Highlanders. Coach Morales brings her vast accomplishments as a record-setting ACC player (Georgia Tech), professional athlete (Chicago Bandits) and coach (GT, Young Harris) to the Highlanders, and we are proud that Aubrie will be able to further develop her game at this level and at the direction of such a great softball coach. Aubrie is the daughter of Todd and Tammy Holcomb of Apex and embodies the ideal of the true student-athlete. Congratulations to you, Aubrie, from your Cape Fear Storm Family!
