I see Butler game scores in the Observer, but nothing on the tournament. Any news on what teams participated, who won?

Butler played well all three games. The first game was a heartbreaker, losing in nine innings to Hoggard. The two teams were very evenly matched, but with 30 mph winds, gusting well over 40 mph, the breaks seemed to all go Hoggards way. The single Butler error allowed the unearned run that sent the game into extras. You have some days like that and I was glad to see the boys rebound on day 2 and 3 to beat two very good teams. "That's baseball!"

    West Rowan wins it!
