    Cardinals Tournament

Great weekend of softball ,teams switching line-ups ,seeing what players could do what before the actually season gets started. Players learning players because this is the first time they have played together. We don't have the advantage that GA has their, ASA teams have already played several tournaments,HS is played in the Fall. Saw several Colleges watching games, UNCC,UNC,NC STATE,JMU,Western,UMBC,NC A&T,UNCW, just a few that I saw and I know there was more from other schools, Great turnout of coaches for this one.See most of you next week in Lexington for the Dynamite.Brackets are posted at www.georgia-fire.com .

    Carolina Wildcats??

Saw Carolina Cardinals play Carolina Wildcats.I went mainly to see Pitcher from Central Cabarrus. She is very good. What surprised me was pitcher on other team. Her NO. was 23 Who is she? She matched Cardinals pitcher almost pitch for pitch. Cardinals had base runners in scoring positon couple of times BUT could not get across. It was excellent pitching duel!!!!! Info on Carolina Wildcats please
