Carolina Cubs Showcase Baseball Tryouts

    The Carolina Cubs continue to be one of the top showcase organizations in the country. Since 2004 the Cubs have helped around 270 players continue their dream of playing college baseball and 47 players have been selected in the MLB Draft. The Cubs will offer (2) tryouts dates in August.


    DATE: Saturday, August 24, 2013
    LOCATION: Louisburg College
    ADDRESS: 501 North Main Street Louisburg, NC 27549
    SITE: Frazier Field (located on the back of the campus)
    REGISTRATION: 2:30 PM for 2015 and 2016 Graduates
    START TIME: 3:00 PM Pro-style workout for 2015 and 2016
    REGISTRATION: 5:00 PM for 2017 and 2018 Graduates.
    START TIME: 5:30 PM Pro-style workout for 2017 and 2018 Graduates.
    COST: $40 Cash



    DATE: Sunday, August 25, 2013.
    LOCATION: Brunswick Community College
    ADDRESS: 50 College Road Bolivia, NC 28422
    SITE: Allen Field (located on left as you enter campus)
    REGISTRATION: 2:30 PM for 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 Graduates.
    START TIME: 3:00 PM Pro-style workout for all players.
    COST: $40 Cash


    Players attending should fill out the "Prospect Form" listed under "Contact Us" and submit, also indicate which tryout you will be attending. The tryout will be conducted by the Cubs coaching staff. Each player will go through a pro style workout and will be evaluated on arm strength, fielding, hitting, and pitchers will throw.
