Carolina Diamonds Summer Sparkle Showcase Finals

    The Third Annual Carolina Diamonds Summer Sparkle Showcase was a huge success this past weekend. Teams participated from 5 different states and Coaches from mostly NC Colleges represented all NCAA Divisions and JUCO.
    The Bracket winners were as follows;
    Bracket A 18U
    Post 290 Bombers Stafford VA 5-0
    Bracket B 18U
    Carolina Diamonds-Purple Winterville NC 4-0-1
    Bracket C 18U
    NC Wildcats Wade NC 5-0
    Bracket D 16U
    Southern Shock Monroe NC 5-1

    We also sponsor a Home Run Award every year. This year we had 12 balls hit out of the park by 12 players. So the award was given based on a drawing of all 12 names from a hat.
    The winner was TORI THOPMPSON from the Lake Shore Lightning!
