Does anyone have any updates about Alan? Does he still have his book "The Pitcher's Toolbox" available?

What great timing to bring this thread back. I received a letter from Alan Tyson today. I was looking forward to reading his letter to see what he is up to. After opening the letter, I removed the two sheets and discovered they were blank. I guess Alan is trying to tell me something, but I'm not sure what it is.

Without delving into why you might have received a blank piece of paper, Braves, while the rest of us received a very informative letter...our "very informative letter" says that two locations have opened. The North facility is at 8626 Hankins Rd., while the South center is at the Miller Orthopedic Clinic's operation in Ballantyne (15825 John J. Delaney Dr.). Long-time associate of Alan's, Ben Cook, co-heads the North location; while Alan co-heads the South facility.

    They have a website:
    Epicenter Sports Performance Website

Never been to him, but I've heard good things, including from the people at CMC. Prepster, send me a synopsis of his letter.... I'd ask Braves, but his might be a little too short ......

I didn't say it wasn't informative...I said it was blank....that might have been the message he wanted to send to me :D

Not only is Alan and staff good in baseball, but other sports as well. I signed up and worked with Alan and Ben on tennis and I felt like I was back in high school with a coach. They worked on every aspect of my tennis game without a racket in my hand. I was actually playing the best tennis of my life when I was through with the program. We worked on everything from reaction time, to footwork and handwork, core bodywork, everything. As great as they are for our young athletes, they are really good for setting up programs for all of us old athletes trying to get back in shape, etc. Chip is at the Ballantyne Office and he is just a plus along with Ben and Alan. They have found their niche and you can't find a better group of guys! I wish them luck as they build this program in Charlotte. I am ready to go back and work with them again! Chip will help you set up a nutrition program along with a workout program to either get in shape or geared toward a sport.
