Catawba Valley Storm 18U ---Shania Johnson

I have the priviledge to announce Shania Johnson of the Catawba Valley Storm has verbally committed to Lenoir-Rhyne's Coach Shena Hollar for the fall of 2009. I know Amanda and Shane are very proud of her after many hours on the softball field, batting cages, and park food-LOL. I have watched Shania from 10U to 18U,and she has developed into a great ball player, if I could just get her to share her snicker bars ( personal joke). She will help improve Lenoir-Rhyne's roster and make it a better team. My family along with myself wish Shania and her career with Lenoir-Rhyne much success in 2009 and years to come.

Congrats Shania!!! We have known Shania since she was a skinny little 8 y/o at Mt View Recreation when Kendall, Savannah, and her played on the "Reds" team and lost every game. They sure have improved since then. LOL. Shania has turned into a great ball player and LR is lucky to have her and we are very proud of you!! (especially since she is staying local and can still babysit). :13: We know that Shane and Amanda are very excited. All those years have paid off!!
