CBC Cougars 2009 tryouts

    Carolinas Baseball Center will be holding tryouts for the CBC Cougars 2010, 2011, 2012 Showcase teams. Two days of tryouts December 6th and 13th from 1pm-3pm at Carolinas Baseball Center at 325 Westinghouse Blvd in Charlotte (www.cbcbaseball.net).

    The CBC Cougars Organization plays out of Carolinas Baseball Center. Former Major Leaguers Jeff Schaefer, Jake Robbins, Keith Glauber and Charlotte Country Day Head Baseball Coach Mike Hennessey anchor a well experienced coaching staff. The 2009 summer schedule will consist of the top showcase events on the east coast.

    The CBC Cougars stepped out in 2008 with one 16U team made up of mainly local Charlotte kids looking for another showcase option other than the usual ones. CBC Cougars recently added a 15U and 17U team this fall. Plans for 13U and 14U teams for Spring/Summer 2009 will be announced within in the next week.
