    We could only wish for water (rain) here in the mountains. We're measuring snow in the double digits - that is if you can stand up against the 50 mph wind! Watauga/North Forsyth rescheduled for tomorrow - then back again on Thursday due to field conditions in Boone.

    You seem to have forgotten that they play their games in a Dome down there at South. I trust they will have the BagDome temperature set at 65 so we can settle back and take it in, without this wind, too. But, just in case they decide to leave the roof open today, Hapi2BMe, do you have a heater up there in that press box? :cold:
    Lookin forward to this early season battle. :schlacht:

    :very_firs :fishing: :fish: You guys are sure having fun with these new smilies. I guess the answer about the :civilwar: is the field will not be the factor. It will depend on the coaches deciding to play in the cold. Of course, the home dugouts are outfitted with heaters, so I don't know why it would be cancelled.

    Oh...and let me play with our new toys, too :woohoo:

    All around the state ... EVERYONE ... dress warmly ...

    It's going to have a wind chill below freezing before the games are over tonight. Tomorrow isn't much better (2-3 degrees and about 6mph wind less).

    Invest in Propane, layer your clothing or find a friend who is a duck hunter (where is rc when we really need him!!!!!).
