    ....(week 2 version) is ready to appear in Tuesday's paper.

    I think I have teams' records correct, but if you feel there's a worthy Sweet 16 candidate out there, please list their record today.

    With rainouts/snow, it's been whacked for a few teams.

    Cliff, good poll, especially given the fact that the season is still so early. Yours actually don't look like a popularity contest, and I mean that as a compliment because you've obviously done your homework.

    Whenever Mt.Pleasant/West Stanly knock heads, that should be a couple great reg.season 2A games,,, also keep in mind losses between East Rowan, Mooresville, West Rowan and Lake Norman head-to-head shouldn't be considered "too bad" because honestly those 4 teams will prove in the playoffs to be 4 of the stronger 3A teams in western NC. I look for those 4 to beat up on each other all season.

    Marvin Ridge is definitely the class of the SPC, but does anyone know Piedmont's record? Piedmont was down last year, but they're usually strong and they've already beaten West Rowan 1-0 last week.
