    I dont think that we have had a chat room recently and I think that there are some great topics right now on the board, so I curious as to how and when we could open "Up" a chat room? Thanks!

    The chat room is always available ..... here are the instructions to get to the "default" chat room.... It's a public room and everyone is welcome.

    Standard Chat Session Instructions

    1. Make sure you are running Internet Explorer, not Netscape.
    2. While viewing this message you will see
    This Board Rocks > Sports > Preps > Baseball > Chat Room?
    on the top of your screen

    3. Click on Preps
    4. On the menu bar, at the TOP just under the picture, you will see "Live Chat"
    5. The Room will be called "default"

    There is a second public room that has been set up called "prepbb" which is also available.

    People come and go. Leave message on when you will return.

    nope .... LarryD is looking at upgrading the chat room of the board shortly, but right now, it's the same old "type and read" room that we've had. It works very well, but it doesn't send you a "wake-up" beep when someone posts a message (in case you have the room in background).

    www.livve.com has voice audio and / or text typing in real time . It can be moderated to keep the rif raf out and it's free.
