    More signings or commitments

    Keeli Michael: 2B North Davidson HS and Lady Blues just committed to Campbell this past weekend. Keeli is truly one of the best second baseman I have seen and is an awesome teammate and student.

    Sarah Rappe: 3B/OF Butler HS and Lady Blues just commited to App State. Sarah has great speed, works hard, and is another good teammate and student, we wish her the best.

    Both these young ladies had several opportunities and did a great job evaluating and asking the right questions before committing, I am proud to have these girls play for the Blues. Along with Ashton Ward and Krisiti Woodall, Jessi McCraw, this 2007 crew did well.

    Congrats Sarah!

    Congrats Sarah Rappe, you are a great ball player and a fine young lady. I remember you and my daughter playing coach pitched softball in Mint Hill. Wow, how time flies by. I know you will do well at App State and that your parents, Randy and Jane, are very proud. You and Ryanne will play against one another, it will be fun to see you all at the college level.

    Courtney Feldon has committed to USC-Upstate. WOW! She is one of the top hitters in N.C. She also plays infield or outfield. Courtney is a good kid and works very hard. Courtney you made a Great choice.

    Courtny Tate has also committed to USC-Upstate. She is very fast and has been timed in the 2.5 to 2.6 range. She is a good slapper, and also she catches and plays outfield for Kings Mtn. Also ranks number 1 in her high school class. Coach Hawkins got 2 very good Student- Athletes in these 2 girls. Keep Loading up Coach. Congratulations to both of these girls!!! GO USC-UPSTATE!!!

    Another 2007 Carolina Curve-Bowen Commits to Western Carolina

    Congratulations to Amber Hawkins infielder on the Carolina Curve-Bowen team and Ray Chandler's Reagan High School Team commits to play for the Catamounts. Congratulations and good luck to a well deserved athlete. Good to see that the Catamounts continue to go after good talent after a stellar 1st season.
