Coaching Clinic at North Davidson HS

There will be a Coaches Clinic on arm care at North Davidson High School on January 4th from 9am to 12. Alan Tyson, PT, ATC, CSCS, president of Architect Sports and Physical Therapy will be the presenter at the clinic. The clinic will be for coaches of all ages. Some topics that will be covered: conditioning, mechanics, injury prevention/rehab, arm strengthening. Cost is $25 per person to be paid day of clinic with cash or check. Hey guys, thanks for all the views. For those of you who may not know who Alan Tyson is: he is a physical therapist, strength and conditioning specialist, author, and national speaker. He works with athletes of all ages, including professional athletes. You can read his bio on his company's website www.architectsports.com. So $25 for 3 hours to hear Alan speak and provide demonstrations is a great value. So do not forget to register at [email protected] by 12/30/13. This will let us know how people are coming so we can provide a little refreshment.
