Coaching Youth Baseball by The Oriole

    I would like to introduce a friend of ours whom happens to be a member of our forum: The Oriole has been involved with HS baseball for 15+ years. During this time he has served as a HS head coach, State Games assistant and head coach and has touched the lives of many players across the State. He has players that have played for him that continue to play at all levels of baseball including professionally.

    The Oriole has written a book that will be helpful to any coach working with kids. He has worked with the Ripken family and they endorse his coaching philosophy. Please take the time to check out The Oriole's website...you will find it helpful

    I guess a good ICE breaker may be "never" judge a book by its cover but personally I like mine! Thanks a million Tom and to all those who have supported my efforts throughout all my 15 years on the HS diamond! Be more than happy as always to share what "little" I know! Warm regards to all..
