Talked to my son the other night at 10:30pm and he was headed to the weight room to work out. They had the week off because of finals, but he didn't want to get out of the routine, so off he went. And what made it more amazing was that it was Friday night. Wow, if I had only been so dedicated!

Seriously, college conditioning programs begin as soon as they step on campus as freshman and continue until the season starts. Most major programs have strength and conditioning coaches dedicated to the baseball team. Workouts are designed for the individual based on their position. It doesn't take long under the right training program to make real progress.

He actually wrapped up his last exam last Friday - So he's back at home - FOOD Budget just took a hit big time. Cocngratulation on Shane signing with UNCC - gas budget stays under control.

Coachevans26, I understand your concern, but Matt has for several years done a Stretch routine twice a day every day and I dare say is one of the most flexible persons I know - SCARRY at times. But thanks for thinking about him - he sured enjoyed your coaching tenure I know.
