Pitcher/Catcher Camp
July 9-11
Time: 9:00am-11:00am
Or 6:00pm-8:00pm
Cost: $75
($50 if attending an all-skills camp)

What to bring: bat, batting gloves, tennis shoes, cleats, softball attire, catching equipment (if a catcher)

Purpose: To learn and develop the Fundamentals of Softball

**Players will be grouped by ability and/or age!!

I think most colleges / universities with a "decent" softball program has summer camps. Just check the websites of the various schools.

I know NCSU has an elite camp going on this week and very well-attended.

By the way, the new softball stadium on the NCSU campus is shaping up very nicely. Grass sod in the outfield looking good. But no camp activity this week on new field. It's all at the old City of Raleigh park system "red" diamond.

 

SOFTBALL CAMPS

Diamond Dreams of Concord will be having a softball camp June 25th-28th in Harrisburg. The camp will headed up by Kristi Killo from UNC-C. Check out their web site at http//:www.diamonddreams.info

 

Fundamentals..... teaching it the right way

For all of you looking for a camp where fundamentals will be stressed, I suggest you look at my camp next week....

It is geared to ages 10-16, with a heavy concentration toward the younger ages.....

You will get instruction in all aspects of the game of fastpitch.....
in a safe and learning environment. Instructor to camper ratio is 5-1.

Camp dates are Tuesday, June 26th thru Thursday, June 28th.
1000 am to 300pm daily at Peace College Softball complex, located at Peace College. Each camper recieves a camp t-shirt and lunch daily.
Fairly priced at $175.00 per player...

Parents welcome to observe, take notes, shoot video, ask questions....

 

Wise is the adjective

This camp may not have the bells and whistles on paper that say Texas or UNC may, but the coach at Peace is hands down one of if not THE most knowledgable teachers in the game. My DDs will be there.
