    Great guy and family

    I have known paul for about six years now. In 12 and 14u at AAU and NSA tournaments our team played his comets all the time It seemed like at least three times every tournament and always the first game . We had some tough battles and Paul and Granma never ever had a negative word about anything or anybody...well maybe one about an ump, but hey that dont count anyway and it was more of a stated fact then a negative word. If I could pick one of Pauls many good traits to be my own that would be the one I would most lke to adopt.

    Wow what is it with this kinder and gentler Guru and Marlinfan. What have you guys been drinking together :th_90edab00:. lol

    Can't say enough good things about Paul. Met him for the first time at the Forbush scrimmages. My first foray out after my stroke and he was a complete joy to talk to and has become a fast friend throughout the year. It is my complete pleasure to know this man.

    And NDSB10 i agree any thread started praising me,Ldrordguy, you or even jfagala is completely UNNECESSARY. LOL :biggrinjester:

    WoW CometFan is the Man and he's my dad.
    He has supported me in everything that I do
    and everyone else. Every time you turn around
    there he sit's watching someones game.
    I am so glad that he has made so many friend's
    from the softball family and thank you for saying
    such kind words.

    Hats off the Cometfan

    I met Cometfan this weekend in Salisbury and we sat in the cold together talking softball as usual....at least until it got too cold and he had to leave. I left shortly after by the way. This is a great man with a wealth of softball knowledge. Can't wait to see you at the fields next season!

    Great video even if it's a little old. Who's the dog wearing the straw hat ? LOL
    Seriously , Cometfan, Grandma, Sharon, & Rick have been a major part of my DD's softball career. They are all Wonderful people who definiately know the game! I don't believe there is a more dedicated fan than Cometfan. One thing, he knows alot of college coaches, who value his opinion on prospects. And why not, he's probably seen about everyone play in the western part of the state. Looking forward to seeing him this spring, & getting him down to Raleigh sometime !!! Cometfan, you are the Man !!!!!

    Comet only came up with the downpayment!.....

    .......which both Guru and ol marlin took in good faith, we were led to believe that you ParkDaddy would pay the balance!!! LOL, oh and for the, "has Guru and Marlin been drinkin together"? I'm just smart enough to stay away from that party!........for now. Paul is one damn cool fellow. I'll drink to that!
