This is somewhat guessing so I'm sorry if it is wrong but here are the top 4 as of 4/27. 3 teams get the chance to go to the state playoffs and this will probably be a race that'll go down to the wire.

1. Independence: 14-3-1; 10-1

2. North Meck: 14-4; 9-2

3. Central Cabarrus: 13-4; 8-3

4. Hopewell: 10-6; 8-3
