    1st round games are today at the site of higher seeds.

    Semifinal's are Tuesday night at Mt. Pleasant starting @ 5:00 pm

    Final is Thursday night at Mt. Pleasant @ 7:00 pm

    Great Job All!!!!!!!!!!!

    Excellent coaching decision to int., walk lead off and second batter to load the bases with two outs, for all the marbles. Great concentration by Julia (Pitcher) and Stephanie (Catcher) on the int., walks and eventual strike out of the next batter to win the game. Everyone played well on both teams good luck Lady Indians in the championship game thursday.

    Crest vs. Ashbrook Game

    MOUNT HOLLY — The Crest girls’ softball team, the Big South regular-season champions, defeated Ashbrook, 9-1, in the conference tournament semifinals Wednesday at East Gaston.

    Natalyn Blanton finished with three hits, including a double, with two RBI, while Melissa Hunter, Kendyl McWhirter and Bailey Smith also drove in two runs each.

    Hunter picked up the win, yielding five hits in six innings of work.

    The Lady Chargers (17-5) will oppose host East Gaston today at 6 p.m. in the league title game.
