I just heard the news today that two of Mount Pleasant's assistant coaches from last year have taken college assistant jobs this year. One at Belmont-Abbey (JD Vidal) and another at Pfeiffer (Derek Shoe). I'm sure I speak on behalf of everyone from Mount Pleasant in wishing these guys the best.

Between those two guys and Gary Swanson, it's no wonder that the program at Mt. Pleasant has been top notch over the past few years.

I'm sure they will maintain ties with the school and help the new coaches maintain and even improve the quality there.

    Good going guys !!!!!!

I am very interested in seeing how the new coach does. I haven't had the chance to meet him yet, but I've heard some good things about him. I know I for one am ready to see Taylor this year. He impressed me last year a great deal. I've been watching Mount for over 20 years now and he's one of the best that I've seen here. I'm sure he'll work hard to continue his success and help the new coach and players out.
