Anyone ever been to the Hall of Fame?

Anyone ever coach at the youth tournament?

Anyone ever spend a week at the tournament watching their son play?

To me this is the "Numero Uno" baseball experience in the world.

Let's hear some of our members stories/memories.

I played at the dreams park for a week back in 99 or 00 when i was 9 with the Carolina Power. It was a great experience, so many fields shutoff from the outside, you have to enter inside each field to view the games and the field they played the championship game on had seats in the outfield. The competitions on the first night were fun and a nice experience. Being able to see the HOF at such a young age was something special to me. I've learned so much from that experience and it's something i hope every young ball player could experience.

I played up in Cooperstown in July of 2003. One of the most fun weeks of baseball anyone could ask for. Gotta love the march-madness style 64 team bracket they had going back then. It was alotta fun going into the tourny as the 32 overall seed and knocking off top teams to make it to the final 4

Coached up there in o6.I always wanted to go to the Hall Of Fame but never knew I would get to go like that.It is awesome up there. You get to spend a week with your team and get to know kids and let them be themselves. This is one of the best times I ever had.Everything they do is first class.I would tell anyone that if their son or daughter had the chance to go you need to go.

Coached a team up there in July 2004 and can honestly say that this was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had in baseball with my son and the boys on the team. We went up there with the idea that win or lose every kid would play at least 1/2 of every game. Every kid got to pitch in a game. Win or lose (we went 5-5) it was about the kids and the kids only. The absolute best experience. Parents bought in and absolutely had the best experience I can remember. They do a superb job and everyone should get a chance to play up there.

We filmed every game and I have it on tape of my son's first big time HR. My wife is filming and crying at the same time.

It is all about the kids

This is the only way a team should be allowed to go. Actually the owner Louis loves these kind of coaches and teams.

    Twice as Nice!

Our family had a great experience attending the Dreams Park tournament 3 years ago with our oldest son. We are so excited to have the opportunity to go again this July with our youngest son. If/when you have a 12 year old son, I would highly recommend this event. There are many memories to be made for the players, siblings and parents to last a lifetime!

    Cooperstown

My son's team played in Cooperstown back in 2001. We had a great week becoming the first team from NC to ever win the whole thing. Had three kids on the team win individual event awards.
No one predicted an all NC final as a team from Raleigh played their rival team from Hickory in front of 3,000 fans on a cold rainy night. The owner of the park kept telling everyone that Florida and California would rule.
Both teams played 5 games in one day to make it to the finals. Finished up the final game on a walk off around 1:00 am. What a day.!
Extra inning game that Clete Boyer, ex major leaguer , witnessed the game. His comment:" those boys sure can play baseball" at his eating establishment the next day.
There are probably 14-15 kids off those two teams that are either playing D1 baseball or D1 football. What a collection of kids.
It was the greatest week of baseball as a parent that I have ever experienced.
I would go back just to watch kids play baseball and they put on a class act. It is like time has stopped in a quaint beautiful setting.
Sleeping in an apt over a deli in the Village , 2 blocks from the baseball Hall of Fame, was the icing on the cake.
