    Let's hear some crazy things parents and players have said

    I have heard some crazy stuff in 2 years of HS softball.Best one was and i quote.I ask a player how ya'll doing this year.(we where doing good until we started playing teams that could beat a t-ball teams).Heard a mom say one time see i told you she could hit 1 for 25 at the time maybe and that was the 1 hit.Another i know i hit better than that my mom keeps the book and she said i hit 200 points better than that. Just a few.

    parent: I know its against rules to talk about playing time and i understand that, but why isnt my daughter playing????

    opposing coach to parent during conference game: hey, you daughter went four for four today, maybe next game she will actually get on base.....

    1-If the umps hadn't made all those bad calls against the other team, we would have never won the game.

    2-I don't know why my DD is pitching? The best pitcher is sitting on the bench.

    I once heard a college coach...

    I once heard a college coach tell a parent "we don't give scholarships based on level of talent of a player"!
    I don't know about ya'll, but I sure didn't expect that to come out of his mouth, I wonder what he does give scholarships based on? On second thought maybe I don't want to know!!

    Oh and there was the parent that once said "my daughter will play 1st base, not the outfield, that is a disgrace and embarrassment"!
    Wow, I guess Right, Center and Left fielders must be devistated! I wonder why they even put those positions on the field?

    I also once heard a TB coach ,tell a C coach that "he wouldn't take that player, because he heard, that she didn't play well with others!" The college coach said "has she played for you?" and the TBcoach said "no, I don't even know the kid, I just heard that!!"
